Design Plus Awards
36 products and materials that are a combination of innovative materials, the successful design and intelligent functionality, has been chosen to participate in the competition, Design Plus Award, scheduled in the Frankfurt Exhibition Material Vision, which will be held from 16 to 18 June 2009. The jury of experts selected offers 160 exhibitors from 15 countries. Winners of the competition will come from Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Korea, Switzerland and the United States. Already for the third time, Messe Frankfurt holds a competition for the Material Vision. Like last time, a competition organized by German Design Council. Among the awarded prize package was, for example, Nano-Stone, developed by Richter Furniertechnik, flexible stone-lined for a wide range of applications, from furniture design and product presentation to the interior design house and car.
