This percussive noise comes from the mechanical effects on the constructions, such as ceilings. The stronger the connections and links in them, so the appreciable this noise. The level of noise is significantly reduced if you lay the “floating” floor in the load-bearing slabs with lining. To create such design there is a new material “Isover Floating Floor” – mineral plates of size 1389 × 1190 × 40 mm with grooved edge. Convenient connection “groove – feather” provides easy and fast installation. Light weight (80 kg/m2) did not increase the load on the floor. The U.S. company Raser Technologies opened in Thermo the commercial geothermal power plant Hatch Geothermal Power Plant. The current produced by this plant goes to California, namely to Anaheim, which supply 9 thousand of homes.
